I can’t believe it’s been 5 years since MCA passed. I’m not sure there is anyone who has inspired me artistically more than Adam Yauch. His approach to creating music, bringing people together for good, his humor, and his clever video production under the name Nathanial Hörnblowér all made me (and all my alter egos) who I am today. I met him in DC years ago and you could just feel the unique energy that was and will always be MCA.
