Schedule:

8pm – Welcome: 
meet and greet in your seat/yoga mat

8:30pm – Sound healing experience begins
• with music and guided meditation by Erez Safar who will immerse us on a journey of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Through the ancient practice of resonant vibrations and harmonious tones, sound healing creates a soothing symphony that aligns your body, mind, and spirit.
** Eye masks and silent disco headphones for an immersive experience will be provided.

9:30pm – Ecstatic dance
After having been transported to another universe of calm and surrender, Erez will DJ his own unique blend of tribal rhythms blending in bits of hip-hop and house. This brings to mind two lyrics, one from Isaiah, “Shake off the dust, Arise.” and the other from Bob Marley, “Forget your sorrows (And dance).”
