8pm – Welcome: 
meet and greet in your seat/yoga mat

8:30pm – Sound healing experience begins
• with music by Erez Safar who will immerse us on a journey of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Through the ancient practice of resonant vibrations and harmonious tones, sound healing creates a soothing symphony that aligns your body, mind, and spirit. This will be accompanied by a guided meditation by Mendel Simons.
** Eye masks and silent disco headphones for an immersive experience will be provided.

9:30pm – Decompress and socialize
After having been transported to another universe of calm and surrender, as Isaiah writes, “Shake off the dust, Arise.”

Born in Sydney, Australia and educated in Israel, Budapest, and New York, he is known for his dynamic approach and heartfelt commitment, inspiring countless individuals to deepen their connections with their heritage and each other.

Mendel is especially passionate about counseling young couples on their journey to marriage, and been honored to officiate more than 100 weddings around the globe. Mendel lives in Hancock Park with his wife, Rachey, and their five children.
